1. Introduction

Welcome to Thrimall, your trusted provider of premium packaged drinking water. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Pricing, Discounts, and Payment Terms

  • The price of the products will be as quoted on the website at any given time.
  • All products listed on the website will be sold at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) unless otherwise specified. Prices include Goods and Service Tax (GST) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery.
  • Prices and discount offers are subject to change in the future without prior notice.
  • Minimum purchase requirement: 10 cases of any size bottles or 10 x 20 Litre jars.
  • Jar Deposit: Rs. 150/-
  • All merchandise products are available on a prepaid payment basis.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • Payment method is UPI.
  • Full payment must be received before the order is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries will be completed within a maximum of 24-48 hours. Please note that deliveries will not take place on Sundays.
  • Delivery is available only in Tiruvannamalai and adjoining districts within a maximum radius of 40 km for all bottle sizes.
  • Delivery of 20 Litre jars is restricted to Tiruvannamalai only.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return and Refund Policies

  • Products may not be eligible for return in any case. However, the Company may replace the product after verification of the underlying concern.
  • Defective merchandise products will be replaced within 5-6 working days after placing a request with the customer care team via email or call. To highlight any defects, please send us an email within 3 days of receiving the damaged product along with product pictures.
  • In the event of a cancellation, refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed back to the original payment method. To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any dispute will be investigated by our team for a maximum of six months after the purchase date or before the product expiry, whichever is earlier. Any claim beyond this timeframe cannot be held against the Company. In rare cases, the Company may replace the product after determining the cause of concern but will not issue a refund.
  • Customers who wish to share their experiences with the used product need to contact us within 1-2 days of opening the product. Upon registering such an experience, the customer is expected to retain more than 50% of the product. Our team will objectively review the case. If the information is found to be legitimate, we'll issue a replacement. The Company's decision will be final in such cases. No additional compensation/freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability for any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos and product photos on the Thrimall website are the property of Thrimall and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use of our logos and product photos is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Thrimall manufactures its products with the highest standards of quality and safety. However, Thrimall is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Amendments

  • Thrimall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

9. Responsibility for Virus Checking

  • It is your responsibility to use virus-checking software on any material downloaded from the site and to ensure the compatibility of such software with your equipment. Any personally identifiable or other information provided to us shall be governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
